Yes, our 100% human hair products can be styled with heat tools. However, we recommend using a heat protectant spray and keeping the temperature below 180°C to maintain the longevity of the hair.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for unused products in their original packaging. For hygiene reasons, extensions cannot be returned if the security seal is broken.
